Responsibilities:
- Play a leading role in driving internal team to serve clients to meet their data mining objective
- Understand the needs of clients in exploring consumer insights from unstructured data
- Coordinate data team and analysis team to develop effective data mining plan to meet the needs of clients
- Prepare data mining report with sound rationales and clear marketing indications
- Liaise with clients to keep the client updated with project status and adjust work plans according to the feedback of the client
- Participate into data mining model development with data team to ensure the data mining model to serve specific business purpose
- Optimize the work flow from data collection to insight generation to increase the quality and efficiency
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of marketing research or data analysis experience with strong analytical thinking; Master degree will be plus;
- Good understanding of the concept, framework and application of data mining, statistics, machine learning and natural language processing
- Effective project management
- Passionate, self-motivating and willing to take challenges to explore unknown area
- Strong belief in the value and future of big data in marketing industry
- Open-minded and fast learning
- Team player with strong initiative and communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Fluent oral and written English

投放策划应当指导产品品类选择,应当界定可被转化的竞品受众
投放计划就该年度规划,按约定效果目标的达成适时优化

职位要求:
1. 有 2-4 年数字营销公司、广告公司数字营销媒介策划或客户服务工作经验;
2. 对数字敏感,踏实,重视细节,逻辑能力与学习能力强;
3. 具有较强的沟通与表达能力,团队协作能力,能在压力下保证工作效率;
4. 善于从数据中发现规律,有较强的总结概括能力;
5. 熟练使用 MS Office 办公软件,尤其是 Excel 和 PPT;
6. CET4 及以上,具备良好的英语口语和写作能力
三、商业数据分析师 2 名
