1. Creative Planner
Division: RTG Marketing

Candidate Requirements:

2 - 5 years of experience in strategic planning, creative, or copywriting fields

The successful candidate will come from a Communications background, who has an excellent structured mind, great discipline, good contacts and client facing skills. The Senior Account Manager will be a strong strategic thinker, an effective counsel to the clients, with solid experience in coaching staff.

Candidate Requirements:
At least 6 years marketing or communications experience (Client/Agency/Media)
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and accounts, manage client relationships and deliver results
Good understanding of social media and digital communications
Traditional media relations experience and understanding of how it can work effectively with paid, earned, shared and owned media platforms
Both strategic and creative with strong local consumer insights.
Excellent Communications skills - can write and present ideas in both languages
Exceptionally oriented - has experience in handling and managing projects
Effective, Organized, Systematic and a strong team player
Proven account/project management skills, including budget management
Problem solving skills, being deadline oriented, professional with a great attitude.

Good understanding of UX design and usability and how it relates to visual design

Bi-lingual English / Chinese ability (but not a must)

We are seeking creative digital experts to add innovative ideas to our digital offering. At RTG Consulting, you will help to develop creative and strategic ideas that leverage the digital ecosystem of our brand partners.
Job Scope: Digital Media Supervisor / Planner
Preparing strategic presentations, reports, press releases and planning documents in relation to client brands.
Develop on-going online key opinion leader relationships and assist in the implementation of key opinion leader and media outreach programs and activities.
Handle new campaign start-ups, upgrades and renewals.
Assist in brand development or new business through research, brainstorming, industry and competitive analysis and stakeholder assessments.
Work with client on day-to-day operations for the servicing of the brand.
Candidate Requirements:
3+ years of experience in digital planning/buying, digital marketing experience and experience with Ad Networks, DSP, DMP, Ad Servers, Mobile, WeChat and SEM campaigns
Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
An active interest in everything digital, ideally with complete understanding of the digital landscape
Able to manage and optimize ongoing campaigns across vendors, creative, placements, etc. to proactively deliver the best results for our clients

6. Social Media Manager
Candidate Requirements:
4+ years of digital experience with a focus in social media related work (Client/Agency/Media)
Proven ability to strategize and fully develop an integrated social media recommendation, as well as rationalize platforms usage to best address client’s needs and objectives
Proven ability to lead and manage content creation and reflect/make use of ongoing performance monitoring to better optimize creative thinking process
Experience with social media monitoring platforms and social media KPIs measurement best practices a plus (e.g. CIC or other social media third party data mining platforms)
Effective, Organized, Systematic and a strong team player
Native Chinese and strong communication of English.

7. Social Media Account Executive
Candidate Requirements:
1-2 years related experience with a focus in social media related work (Client/Agency/Media)
