一、客户总监 Account Director(北京)
职位描述:
1. 根据客户的需求,建立社交网络营销战略、策划;
2. 能深入了解客户行业情况,为客户提供战略性社交网络解决方案;
3. 能带领团队进行独立复杂综合性项目的独立提案,并规划相关的培训和沟通会议加强双方的了解;

任职要求

Responsibilities:
Assisting and executing global/local marketing and advertising campaigns
Help to develop and maintain relationships with clients
Create best practices for on-boarding, managing, and scaling existing clients
Monitoring and analysis of clients' campaign performance
Daily operation support to Account Leaders
Requirements:
3-5 years of minimum experience in Account Management/Planning in China or similar function
Have good understanding of the various marketing channels
Passionate for cultivating client relationships and delivering best in class service and performance
Strong interest in digital and improving advertising effectiveness
Experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong track record of success in offering outstanding customer service and innovation leading to revenue growth and customer retention

三、Media Manager(北京)
Responsibilities:
Direct report to Media Director
Assist to set media objective, analyze market/consumer dynamics, and formulate media strategy
Assist to construct media plan with recommendation on media channels, budget allocation and scheduling strategy
Explore new media forms and innovative media ideas
Brief buying team to ensure an effective implementation of the approved media plan
Co-ordinate with clients and creative agencies in day-to-day account handling and media servicing
Provide clients with constant updated on competitive activity, media market development and relevant research insight
Requirement:
3-4 media planning experience with 4A agencies, good understanding of the work flow of advertising and preferably experience in other forms of communication channel - PR, CRM, BTL, etc
Experience in handling big FMCG clients and strong in TV planning skill
Good communication and presentation skills. Able to convince and influence other effectively
Able to prioritize jobs & communicate these priorities to the team and motivate all members

职位描述:
1. 带领项目成员拟定创意策略、发想数字创意概念;

3. 负责创意组成员分工和职责细化,协调项目执行;

Responsibilities:
Manage the integrated communication planning process across all clients – including briefing, planning, activation, agency integration
Ensuring each idea is rooted in consumer insights and evaluating plans for strategic quality
Work closely with planning teams ,design and conduct primary research as needed and guide client research
Serve as agency thought leader on strategy and trends in integrated communication planning and be able to lead & coordinate different partners on a large scale project or integrated campaign
