这次，Fireworks 说「我们还在招聘 Social Meida Manager ，但是海报变啦」！如果说上次是为了找懂 Social 的 LGBT 人群， Fireworks 给自己弄了一套骚气粉招聘海报。那现在黑色为基调的招聘海报又是为了吸引到什么样的人群呢？
带着这样的疑问，我们采访了该职位 Social Media Manager 的直接负责人 Serena ，聊聊这次海报风格的转变以及 Fireworks 到底想招一个怎样的 Social Media Manager ？

Serena 是 Social Media Manager 的直接负责人，我们希望能通过这次与直属汇报人 Serena 的采访，来更加具象和生动地了解他们想招的 Social Meida Manager 会有什么属性。
以下是采访内容：

独角（以下简称 D）：看到Fireworks 最新招聘海报，和4月的骚粉海报比，风格变得简洁甚至简单，请问是换了个设计师还是其他的什么呢？
Serena（以下简称 S ）：其实我们可以做很多不同风格，我们也有新鲜血液，会尝试不同风格，关键是可以把作品做好，其实我们并不局限于风格。

D：4 月的骚粉海报你们是想招 LGBT 人群，那这次的简洁海报你们是想招怎样的人呢？还会对 LGBT 人群有偏好么？
S：我们很 open 的，当然 Social Media Manager 这个职位需要应聘的人对社交媒体有全面的了解，是一个沟通能力强、做事认真细心的多面手，只招聘 LGBT 群体似乎也是一种偏见，我们更在乎人才本身的潜力吧。

D：Social Media Manager 相当于传统广告的哪个职位呢？你们设置这个职位是方便做哪些工作？
S：相当于是客户经理，主要是跟客户沟通需求和工作，要为最终 deliver 的成果负责。希望能够有责任心吧，细致、耐心一些。理解能力，沟通能力，表达能力比较重要。职位本身更是一个广告公司创意团队与客户之间的桥梁。 Social Media Manager 需要很好的平衡两边的需求，让经手的项目顺利完成。

D：Social Media Manager 职位是属于哪个部门或组的呢？以后可能会服务哪些客户呢?
S：属于客户部，之后会服务历峰集团的 LANCEL 和美国快时尚品牌 Forever21。也可能会有其它时尚或生活方式的客户。我们也在探索 FMCG 领域的客户，目前服务的有美国的雅培和澳洲的一家啤酒品牌。当然随着双十一的临近以及年末的到来，Fireworks 也将为明年接触更多有腔调的品牌，服务的品牌也会不断变化。

D：我们看到职位的工作要求：Vendor Management、Campaign Management、WeChat Operation。可以具体描述一下Ta未来的工作日常吗？除此之外，我们也想问问工作作息。
S：工作内容就是微信微博的内容规划和实施，线上活动的规划和实施，还有广告投放粉规划和实施，及时跟客户反馈和探讨，获得最佳的结果，努力完成 promise 的 KPI。对内部的沟通也很重要，把客户的需求传达清楚，让 team 的同事可以很好的分配任务，规划工作安排。
我们是正常周一到周五工作啦。工作时间通常是 10 点到 7 点，不过我们经常 10 点半到哦。偶尔会加班，但是很少啦。
对了，你要是喜欢喝手工冲制的咖啡，那 Fireworks 就再适合你不过了，我们还有自己 studio 烤箱里 DIY 的蛋糕，crepes 以及各式面包，也是日常工作的一部分。

D：你心目中的理想 Social Media Manager 必备的技能有哪些？
S：理解能力，沟通能力，表达能力，逻辑思维能力，理性一些吧，这是做分析和内外部沟通的时候非常核心的素质。当然如果文艺一些，人文素养、艺术修养好，那是加分的选项啦。有格调才能更好的理解品牌。
这个职位候选人入职后会直接向我汇报，我比较欣赏逻辑思维能力强的宝宝，能够做数据分析和市场分析是可以加鸡腿的，最重要是帮客户解决问题。那么，就会希望候选人真心热爱市场营销、品牌推广，愿意深入的思考。行业里有一些不好的习气，小伙伴们在我们这里会学会走正路，我们传授内功心法哦。

D：你觉得 Ta 在这个岗位中能获得些什么？
S：对消费者的了解，对行业的了解会不断的深入，如果 TA 是个善于思考发现的人。工作方式，沟通技能，都会提升。如果是未来想做 marketing 和 branding 或者电商的小伙伴，可以学到很多营销技能。

D：在未来，Ta 会在这个职位上有什么发展的空间？
S：随着公司的壮大，可以做的事情有很多，比如策略和策划，管理更多的品牌，赢得更多的客户等等，看看 TA 的兴趣和发展方向吧。

D：除了工作方面，你希望 Ta 是一个怎样的人？
S：随和，有亲和力很重要哦，不管是跟同事相处还是跟客户沟通，这一点都是优势。如果比较机智的话，那是会在工作中游刃有余的，Smart 在任何时候都受用。

D：我们注意到 Social Media Manager 的任职要求有：an honest person，可以聊一聊an honest person的具体表现或故事吗？
S：我觉得是要对自己和客户负责吧，有担当，真诚一些，才会跟我们有 chemistry 吧。同事之间，坦诚相待会比较容易提高沟通效率。对待客户也是坦诚的，一般我们不太会绕弯子。Decent 比较重要，总之说话得体就好。
一个小小的彩蛋：你的上司
我在过去的几年里主要负责 digital 项目，服务保时捷中国 2 年，上汽通用 1 年，保乐力加 6 个月，主要负责 Absolut 品牌的创意推广项目，服务过的其它的品牌还包括美国好时巧克力，美国 IMAX，微软，万事达卡，大大小小的 campaign 经历过后，我的感受是，磨炼出真知。

四、Senior Account Manager
（Partnership）
职位描述：
We are looking for a senior account manager who could help us carry out the following key responsibilities:
Account management
The candidate is a confident, experienced account manager who is able to liaise with clients and vendors to meet requirements and carry out digital projects. Project management tasks will include managing budgets, tracking KPI targets, report results and grow the business providing strategic recommendations internally and externally.
Team lead
The candidate has experience managing people and projects, and will lead a team of 2 junior account managers. Leadership skills will be required to follow our ever-growing number of projects.
Quality control
The person will be the final approval step for our digital outputs. Native competence in Mandarin and experience with social media copywriting, digital advertising and e-commerce is required to make sure our work meets client requirements and excels in creativity and effectiveness.
