一、New Media Content Marketing Director/新媒体内容营销总监

Duties & Responsibilities / 工作任务及职责

● Focus on content planning, topic collecting, article sorting and project promoting. Responsible for the content planning, topic selection planning, staff planning and training as well as collaborating job with other department. Able to handle the positioning and direction of we-media content, also should  independently take over the content topic selecting, planning, organizing and managing job;

● Responsible for writing important topics, focusing on inspection, in charge of the final review of important articles;

● Know the industry development trend. Contribute constructive suggestions of the content direction, release frequency and production method according to the dynamic changes of the target readers based on existing content strategy.

● Assist with the development of new media platform management and planning, improve company popularity;

● Guiding the text editor and make sure the progress completed smoothly and successfully; Deliver qualified articles to art editor/graphic designer, control the art/graphic work progress;

Skills & Knowledge / 知识与技能要求

● More than 5-years work experience in new media and social media content marketing field, good at managing and editing content marketing job. Proficient in content designing and article selection of website and social platform, skillful on planning and editing;

5年以上新媒体及社交媒体内容营销行业经验,精通网站和全球流行社交平台的内容设计规划及组织甄选,有丰富的内容选材、创意、策划和编辑的能力;

● Thoughtful, perspicacious, creative, truly love and understand media industry, willing to devote for a long time as a professional pursuit;

Education & Qualifications / 教育及资质要求

● Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Chinese, Journalism, Mass media, Marketing or other relevant fields is preferred.

中文、新闻、传媒、营销等相关专业本科以上学历;

● More than 5-years work experience in social media content field. More than 3-years experiences as chief editor, associate editor, or executive editor position;

5年以上新媒体内容营销领域经验,至少3年以上新媒体主编、副主编或执行主编岗位经验;

● Good at team working , organizing and communicating, highly creative and good at content planning;

二、Senior Media Researcher/ (资深)媒体研究员

Knowledge & Innovation Dept. is the think tank and driving engine of creative thinking, knowledge development and business innovation at Beyond Summits. The team mainly focuses on product/service R&D, creative support, systematic data and company knowledge management, including strategic and pioneering research initiatives, industry intelligence watch, ‘Thought Leadership’ documents development such as industry views, in-depth research on methodology/analytics/product innovation, knowledge sharing solution as well as organization development and optimization support.

● Analyze traditional media and social media industry trend and related hot topics, write insightful articles / blogs and integrate them into trend report.

三、Creative Director/创意总监

Job Profile & Description / 职位介绍及描述

The Creative Director's primary responsibility is to oversee all creative work produced by Creative & Product department. The Creative Director will also supervise all the design staffs, coordinate with other Beyond Summits resources, coordinate with outside partners, manage resources, provide documentation and maintain studio procedures

Duties & Responsibilities / 工作任务及职责

1. Creative Direction

● Oversee and approve all creative work including creative campaign, art and copywriting

● Translate client brand strategy and marketing objectives into creative strategy

● Perform and/or direct web-based and in-store project analysis

● Manage the creative teams of multiple accounts and projects

● Organize and lead project initiation meetings, brainstorm sessions, creative reviews and client presentations

● Contribute to photographic art direction including image research, concept sketching and on-set direction

2. Creative Staff Supervision

● Motivate, instruct and evaluate creative staff

● Designate account/project teams and assign work as appropriate

● Oversee recruiting and hiring of new creative staff

3. Client Interaction

四、媒体策划专员(北京)

Handling diversified enquiries from clients, providing media planning, buying and researching service or solutions to clients, monitoring media project implementation and supporting account and project team to do data collection, market research, media proposal drafting and quotation preparation. 

处理客户的媒体业务需求和咨询内容,为客户提供媒体策划、购买以及研究服务或解决方案,及时跟进媒体推广项目的执行,并协助客户以及项目团队进行必要的数据搜集、市场调研、媒体方案撰写以及报价准备等工作。

Duties & Responsibilities / 工作任务及职责

● Handle online and telephone enquiries as the project owner, providing one-to-one consultancy, media planning and media buying service to clients.

● Work out tailor-made proposal for clients based on the client brief
