客户经理 (Account Manager)北京-4名

Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in advertising, mobile, e-commerce, publishing or online services.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript.
  • Strategic thinking and data analytical skills.
  • Self-directed, motivated and driven performer with exceptional multi-tasking abilities toward goal.
Responsibilities:
  • Maximize client business growth by managing accounts and promoting improvement ideas both as a dedicated consultant and through scalable ways.
  • Promote Google AdSense, AdMob and other Google products to partners.
  • Enhance the quality of high-touch accounts and grow them into higher value accounts.
  • Collaborate with global Product Development team to meet local customer expectations.
  • Cooperate with data analysts closely in identifying growth opportunities and solving business issues.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Ability to speak and write Mandarin and English fluently and idiomatically.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Technology/online industry experience. Knowledgeable about consumer mobile products, internet, online products, customers, online advertising technologies and strategies, and market dynamics.
  • Working experience in internet, advertising, e-commerce, publishing and online services. Ad sales experience.
  • Self-directed, motivated and driven performer with exceptional multi-tasking abilities toward goals.
  • Strategic thinking and strong data analysis skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Acquire new customers to the network and build a strong pipeline for sustainable business growth.
  • Collaborate with global teams to meet local markets' expectations.
  • Scalable initiatives for the larger pool of publishers to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Maximize client growth through phone pitches and account management to promote advertising optimization solution both as a dedicated consultant and through scalable ways.
  • Promote Google AdSense, AdMob and other Google products for mobile app developer and publishers.
  • Enhance the quality of High Touch accounts in Hong Kong and Taiwan and grow them into higher value accounts.
  • Collaborate with the global Product Development team to meet local customer expectations. Scale initiatives for the larger pool of publishers to drive growth and customer satisfaction and cooperate closely with data analysts in identifying growth opportunities and solving business issues.
  • Manage clients in Hong Kong and Taiwan remotely from Tokyo.
Minimum qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Solution sales, problem solving and analyses experience.
  • Ability to speak and write English and Chinese fluently and idiomatically.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Significant and relevant experience of consultative sales and account management in media sales.
  • Solution sales and account management experience in online advertising, especially mobile advertising.
  • Comfortable operating in a rapidly changing, fast paced industry with the ability to manage an evolving product set and client needs.
  • Familiarity with Hong Kong and Taiwan internet market and advertising landscape
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to speak and write Cantonese fluently and idiomatically
