Trading and Investment Manager/Senior Executive

Key Accountabilities • 协助部门经理完成日常工作,按时完成任务,并保证计划的顺利执行; • 与供应商的日常沟通,包括收集资料,跟踪和监控广告发布的状态,危机处理等; • 与客户的日常沟通,包括提供资料和资讯(比如竞争对手的动态),日常媒介管控,请付款申请,提交日常报表等; • 合同管理,包括制订合同并录入系统,跟进合同条款,年度回顾与更新, 每月付款申请等; • 与团队成员分享市场各媒体和行业动态,以及市场创意执行案例。 • Assist department managers to finish daily work and task on a timely basis, and ensure the smooth implementation of work plans; • Work closely with vendors, including daily communication, data collection, tracking and monitoring the status of the advertising, crisis management; • Cooperate and communicate closely with clients, including providing data and information (such as dynamic information of competitors), media management, payment procedures, daily/weekly/monthly reporting work. • Contract administration, including fixing contract terms, inputting system, daily follow-up and annual review, monthly payment application • Share with team members of various media resources, industry dynamics, and creative execution case. Personal Specification • 本科学历,主修广告学或市场营销专业优先; • 至少有5年广告公司相关工作经验; • 工作积极主动,有激情,认真负责,具团队精神; • 有亲和力,有较强的沟通能力和解决问题的能力; • 熟练使用office办公软件,如Excel, PowerPoint等; • 良好的英文阅读与写作能力; • 关注细节以及报告的准确性; • 能在压力下工作。 • University Degree or equivalent with majors in advertising/Marketing is preferable; • At least 5 year working experience related to advertising agency; • Positive & Initiative, passionate, responsible and a strong team player; • Easy going, Strong communication skills and problem-solving capabilities; • Good command of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint) is essential; • Good English capability on both reading and writing; • Attention to details and accuracy of reported results; • Able to work under pressure.

SEM Specialist/Senior Specialist

Location: Beijing Brand: iProspect Contact Person: zoe.cai@aemedia.com(邮件标题请注明SocialBeta读者+应聘岗位,如:SocialBeta读者xxx应聘-Social Planning Manager并请抄送jobs@socialbeta.com) Role Purpose The role plays an integral role in the execution of the paid search discipline by implementing the strategy and techniques for the account, in addition to presenting analysis and recommendations to client, to effectively drive day-to-day tactics of the service and meet client expectations. The Specialist will collaborate with manager or and channel team to ensure all analytics and reporting are clear and communicated efficiently to client. Key Accountabilities •Plan and execute paid search/ PPC campaigns, including but not limited to account setup, organization and management •Responsible for ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives, including daily management of campaign budgets, on-site conversion actions, bid management, negative keyword strategies, website and category exclusions , ad creative, and landing page revisions based on performance history and the client's objectives •Manage day to day communication with client as needed, for all things paid search focused, including best practices and communication materials (i.e. presentation decks), and working in conjunction with other channels as necessary •Advanced use around reporting, analytics, and trend tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics, comScore, and Compete •Understanding of technology integration with third parties and tools •Monitor PPC trends, best practices and techniques to ensure correct account spend/growth, identify new opportunities •Proactively research campaign issues and formulate actionable solutions based off findings Personal Specification •Proven PPC skills, optimization techniques, and bid management •A working understanding of Display Media, SEO, Affiliates, Feeds, Mobile, Social and Attribution •Experience with bid management tools, including the knowledge of their different types of search engine marketing tactics •Experience with Paid Search Platforms like Marin, Kenshoo, DS3, Certification a plus •Professional attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and execute many tasks •Advanced computer skills, proven experience in Excel and PowerPoint •Strong analytical skills and understanding of KPI's for online/digital media •2+ years’ experience in Search marketing •Bachelor’s degree required •Good English skill is a plus

SEO Manager/Specialist

Location: Shanghai Brand: iProspect Contact Person: zoe.cai@aemedia.com(邮件标题请注明SocialBeta读者+应聘岗位,如:SocialBeta读者xxx应聘-Content Edit Manager并请抄送jobs@socialbeta.com) Role Purpose 有效运用各种SEO工具为客户提供高质量的服务。 Key Accountabilities • 为客户制定并组织实施SEO优化策略方案; •  研究、监控客户网站关键字,带领团队进行流量及行为分析,达到流量及转化指标; • 组织管理外链策略,为客户获取高质量链接; •  确保优化质量;定期与客户沟通; • 熟练使用Google Analytics、百度统计;并对项目进行数据分析,观察日常数据的有效性; •  追踪SEO动态;分析和总结竞争对手的SEO方法;培训,不断提高SEO效果; •  根据分析数据撰写SEO报告及方案。 •  熟悉目前Google, Yahoo, Bing等主要搜索引擎的收录算法原理,熟悉影响关键词排名的主要因素。 Personal Specification • 本科以上学历,专业不限,电子商务及计算机相关专业优先; • 优秀的中文及英文听、说、读、写能力和表达能力,有外企经验优先; •  具备两年以上较全面的SEO经验,有门户或大型B2C或B2B网站SEO经验优先; •  对于百度和Google等主流搜索引擎有深入了解和研究;具有敏锐的观察力,能独立制定SEO方案,并有效的安排实施; •  具有较强的web analytics分析能力,善于数据分析,熟练使用常用SEO工具; • 熟练使用Excel、Powerpoint、Dreamweaver、等相关办公软件; •  能持续关注搜索引擎的发展及动向; •  自信大方;具备自主工作能力和良好的自学能力,有团队合作精神,能承受工作压力。
